September 2022
Saturday 17th - Still alot of people around, but it's definitely thinned out a bit this month so far. Below - Views from around Ag. Sarantas in the north of Ithaca.
Tuesday 20th - Can't believe we're already into the last stretch of September. What a busy season it's been this year and although not AS busy as August, there are still busy periods. Below - View to Filitou and Exoghi above.

Thursday 22nd - The change of the Season is very noticeable now. The temperature drop of about 10C, cloudier skies and cooler nights is inescapable. That doesn't mean that it's cold, not by any means, temps are still inching toward the 30 mark or at least the mid 20's.

Thursday 29th - Beautiful start to yesterday and a rainy end. It's supposed to clear up again, but then back to rain again. It's Autumn. It's expected this time of year.

Summer on Ithaca Greece
Thursday 1st
This year many more visitors are going beyond the bounds of the sea and making their way up high on Ithaca, to the village of Anoghi and to the Kathara Monastry. Nothing is too far on Ithaca. It's one of the smallest islands in Greece.
Tuesday 20th - Below - Frikes in the early evening.
Thursday 22nd - Autumn throws a more subdued light across the island. Soon Ithaca will be lush and green again, nourished by the rain and the sunburnt fields and thistles will work their way to blossom by the time Spring hits again.
Tuesday 27th - Nearly the end of another month as we head toward to final days of the Season.
Thursday 29th - A breath away from October and it's still looking quite busy.
